If your organization plans to send an average of 5 or more applicants per month to our office for fingerprinting services, LPG Live Scan can set up a billing account for you. A rolling fee of $30.00 per live scan, plus any applicable Government (DOJ/FBI) background processing fees, is billed monthly. To apply for a fingerprinting billing account, email us or call (510) 836-6013. After your application is reviewed and approved, a custom Billing Account Fingerprinting Referral form will be emailed to you. Then, all you have to do is send over your employees/volunteers with their completed Request for Live Scan Service form, valid ID, and LPG Live Scan Billing Account Fingerprinting Referral form.
Note: If your Organization wants to pay for its applicants to be fingerprinted, but has fewer than 5 applicants per month, consider purchasing Gift Vouchers.
